Session Category :  Professional Development Course

Changes in the utility analytics world are occurring fast and often. Are you and your company ready to move forward? What are the traditions and practices that are holding you back? In this interactive workshop, leadership experts from the Public Utility Research Center (PURC) at the University of Florida will provide you with tools to help you and your company achieve the desired goals.

The first part of this workshop will engage you in an exercise to illuminate the beliefs and valued norms that hold you back. You will leave this session with a description of the immunity to change at work and an action plan for addressing it. The next part will help you identify and develop the right relationships for effective change. In this session you will leave with a strategic map to address one of your challenges and achieve the desired outcome.
