Recently joining the Exelon family of companies, Nick is responsible for tapping into the value of data and analytics to introduce new customer-facing programs and services. As part of this charge, he sets the vision and strategy across ComEd’s larger Customer Programs organization — which spans its Advanced Analytics, Innovation R&D, Demand Response & Dynamic Pricing, and Energy Marketplace divisions.
