Scott Shockley is a Data Scientist on an enterprise-wide analytics team at Entergy. Some of his work at Entergy includes forecasting customer bills based on monthly meter data and cost effectiveness testing for utility programs, products and services.
He has over 7 years of experience in analytics, including human resources business intelligence at Entergy, marketing analytics for Cox Communications, and project management reporting for Search Influence.
Scott received his B.S. in Marketing from Louisiana State University and later returned to earn an M.S. in Business Analytics where he executed several projects for real-world clients including customer churn prediction for a Fortune 500 ISP and marketing optimization for an online retailer.
